The Center on Warwoman

Welcome to The Center on Warwoman! Our purpose is to provide a heart-centered place for healing events, classes, activities and workshops of creative expression through movement,  music,  Nature and the  Arts. The peaceful atmosphere encourages respectful personal growth and a community sense of connectedness.

YOGA

Yoga is every Monday and Wednesday 5:30 - 7pm. We have 6 instructors who alternate teaching so each week is a new style of yoga and most interesting.  Every Friday morning at 10am yoga class with Dana.

DANCE

BellyDance  classes are  with Keiya Simmons, World Dance Teacher.  NIA Movement/Dance  is once a month.  Instructor Sandy Bramlett from Atlanta brings this wonderful workout of connecting Body-Mind-Spirit.  Tango, merangue, salsa, cha-cha and rumba  lessons  at the  Dance Party with Marcus Cutrone and Jann Soud every second and fourth Friday nights, 7pm.          

FUN and FOOD

1st Thursday Pot Luck Dinner 6:30pm     

WRITING WORKSHOP

Local Author Donna Ball will be holding writing workshops every 2nd and 4th Tuesday nights  through the summer.    

FIT BRAIN FLUID MIND

Dr. Karen Bentley will lead workshops on enhancing brain capacity.

Martin Wuttke will do presentations on BioFeedback Neurotherapy, nutrition and Chi Kung.
